All FormFactory version 1 form owners/designers and Technology Users Group (TUG) members have been notified of this change since October 26 2005.

All FormFactory version 1 forms will no longer work, nor will you receive any data from any user submissions and users will see a message confirming form access is no longer available when they click on the link to the form.

Forms created in version 1 of FormFactory can be re-created in (but not copied to) the latest version of FormFactory which is available, once you have an account, via the Portal service at Portal Index > Portal Admin > FormFactory Form Designer. If you do not have an account to use the latest version you can obtain one by completing a training course. Details of dates and times for FormFactory training sessions can be found in Portal under Portal Index > IT Training >Online Booking.
